A seguito del crescente impiego del carbonio riscontrato in molteplici campi delle attività umane, unitamente agli studi e ricerche mirate alla industrializzazione dei processi produttivi, hanno indirizzato l’azienda ad operare anche nelle seguenti aree di business:
L’azienda C.R.M. ha iniziato l’attività di assemblaggio e commercializzazione di motocicli fuoristrada il 1° Settembre 1987.
Nel Luglio 1992, grazie alle esperienze maturate dal suo fondatore e titolare Flavio Cavallini nel settore delle competizioni motociclistiche, ha intrapreso la lavorazione di materiali compositi principalmente in fibra di carbonio.
In data 4 Gennaio 2007, l’azienda in virtù del know how acquisito in anni di studio, ricerca e learning by doing si è trasformata in C.R.M. COMPOSITI SRL.
Dal 2023 e’ stata ottenuta la certificazione di qualità ISO 9001.
The C.R.M. firm was established on 1 September 1987 as an activity performing the assembling and trading of Off-Road Motorcycles.
In July 1992, thanks to the experience and knowledge acquired by the founder and owner Flavio Cavallini in the motorcycle racing sector, the firm undertaken the working of composite materials, mainly, in carbon fibre.
On 4 January 2007 was set up a new firm under the style of Ltd Co. named C.R.M. COMPOSITI SRL.
From 2023 ISO 9001 quality certification has been obtained.
The growing applications of carbon fibre in various fields of human activities together with studies and research aimed to the industrialization of manufacturing processes, addressed the company to operate also in the following business:
La C.R.M. Compositi, oltre ad avere una propria linea di produzione di parti strutturali ed accessoriali per auto e moto, è in grado di offrire studio e sviluppo di stampi e modelli da realizzare in fibra di carbonio per tutti quei prodotti ove è richiesto ed è esseziale ottenere un prodotto finito con bassissime tolleranze. Seppur inserita ormai da anni nel settore industriale, la mantenuta vocazione artigianale dell’azienda ed il bagaglio di conoscenze e abilità maturate, permettono alla C.R.M. Compositi di soddisfare appieno qualsiasi esigenza del cliente.
The C.R.M. Composites, besides having its own production line of structural parts and components for automotive, it is in the position to offer study and development of pattern and mould tooling to be realized in carbon fibre for those products requiring compulsory low clearances.
Further, this firm is endowed with skills and technical capabilities to realize prototypes and pilot plants suitable to treat and recycling carbon fiber and other composite materials.
Even if it is inserted in the industrial sector, the maintained handicraft vocation of the company together with the broad knowledge and skill, allow the C.R.M. Compositi to fully satisfy every customer requirements.
